Visa® Debit Cards are linked to a checking account and allow you to make purchases anywhere Visa® is accepted: in stores, online, even over the phone. And, you can access your account at over 36,000 surcharge-free ATMs nationwide to deposit or withdraw money.

VISA® Debit Cards

With a Visa® Debit Card from FFCCU, you no longer need to worry about having enough cash on hand. Our debit cards include an EMV Chip and contactless technology, adding extra ease and security to your account! You can now use your Visa® Debit Card on contactless-enabled terminals.

To activate your Visa® Debit Card, call 866-619-0245. If you need to change your Visa® Debit Card PIN, please call 877-267-6914 (cardholder must know current PIN in order to use the PIN change audio line).

ATM Cards

ATM-only cards are available to members that just have a savings account. They allow withdrawals from your savings account at over 30,000 surcharge-free ATMs, and allow deposits at over 7,500 surcharge-free ATMs nationwide using a personalized PIN*. You should receive your new card in early January 2025. To ensure a smooth transition, please activate it using the phone number on the back of your card before January 30. If you miss this deadline, no problem—just give us a call at 216-621-4644, and we’ll assist you with manual activation.

ATM withdrawals are subject to 2 different fees – a transaction fee charged by FFCCU, and a surcharge from the ATM servicer. ATMs in one of our surcharge-free networks will not apply this servicer charge.

No. Your card number and PIN will remain the same unless your card is replaced due to other issues. Your PIN and card number will not change when your card expires. 

If you believe you were charged a surcharge fee in error at a surcharge-free ATM, please contact us at 216.621.4644 or message us in the mobile banking app.

No, you can still use your debit or ATM card to deposit funds, transfer money, and check balances at participating ATMs in our surcharge-free network. The same fees that have previously applied to these activities will continue to be in effect. Check the ATM locator for features available at specific ATMs.

Our partnership with the CO-OP, Alliance One, Culiance, and MoneyPass networks ensures you will still have access to over 30,000 surcharge-free ATMs nationwide.
