Downtown Cleveland Branch is excellent. I just used the live chat and my experience was great. I’ve never used the live chat and she was extremely helpful but unfortunately, I forgot to get her name before I did this survey. Kuddos to Firefighters!!

I am writing this to say KUDOS to FFCCU, and especially LeeAnn who assisted me due to my debit card having fraud charges on it. LeeAnn listened to my issue and provided clear and concise information on what occurred and put in an expedited request for a new Debit Card. She is another example of the Wonderful Customer Service I have experienced since moving all my Accounts to FFCCU. Although 1 more to go.
