Beginning May 1, 2025, Co-op Shared Branching is implementing IDCheck – a new procedure for verifying your identity in-branch to protect your accounts from unauthorized access.
Our friends at Co-op Shared Branching have rolled out a new system to keep your money secure while sharing services with other credit unions. Follow their new security steps when accessing a branch outside of FFCCU, or if you are joining us from another Co-op Shared Branching partner.

Effective January 1, 2025, Fifth Third ATMs will no longer be part of our surcharge-free network. You’ll still be able to access many other surcharge-free ATMs. Check our ATM locator above for locations near you.
Fifth Third made a business decision to discontinue its participation in our surcharge-free ATM network. However, you’ll continue to have surcharge-free access to the CO-OP and Alliance One networks and we’ll be adding the Culiance, and MoneyPass networks in January 2025.
ATM fees are made up of two charges: a transaction fee and a surcharge. A transaction fee is charged by the financial institution to users who are not their customers. A surcharge, on the other hand, is applied by the owner of the ATM terminal for providing the cash-dispensing service. FFCCU has an agreement with the providers in our surcharge-free ATM network to waive this surcharge, offering you a cost-saving option for withdrawals.

No. Your card number and PIN will remain the same unless your card is replaced due to other issues. Your PIN and card number will not change when your card expires.
Yes, starting January 1, 2025, you may incur a surcharge fee when using Fifth Third ATMs. To avoid fees, use the ATM locator tool to find surcharge-free options.
If you believe you were charged a surcharge fee in error at a surcharge-free ATM, please contact us at 216.621.4644 or message us in the mobile banking app.
No, you can still use your debit or ATM card to deposit funds, transfer money, and check balances at participating ATMs in our surcharge-free network. The same fees that have previously applied to these activities will continue to be in effect. Check the ATM locator for features available at specific ATMs.
Our partnership with the CO-OP, Alliance One, Culiance, and MoneyPass networks ensures you will still have access to over 30,000 surcharge-free ATMs nationwide.
